Massage Therapy is the hands-on manipulation of soft tissues including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. The therapist works to improve the circulation of blood, nutrients, and oxygen throughout the entire body, as well as the removal of metabolic waste products from muscles and tissues.
